LILIANA HOPKINS

storyteller, scientist, student

Hello reader. I'm currently studying biotechnology at Rutgers University's School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
If you peruse my website, you'll find that I have many interests ranging from biology to Russian literature. My passion, however, is storytelling.

There are stories everywhere. They’re unfolding beneath our feet, up in the dancing tree branches above our heads, and within the dark, wet corners of our organs. Stories are woven into our genes, written with four simple letters, evolving throughout time and space.

Storytelling is how we empathize. They bridge the gap from one life to the next, creating a web of shared experience, in which no living creature exists in isolation.

They're everywhere, you only need to learn how to look.
